Established in 2001 by David C. Ball, MAI, CCIM, a Georgia native and UGA graduate, after more than 10 successful years working with several of the highest calibre MAIs in metropolitan Atlanta/North Georgia real estate market as well as with two of Coastal Georgia's most senior real estate apprasiers, the firm now offers local appraisal expertise from the Golden Isles to the Blue Ridge Mountains with a complete staff of State Certified and Licensed Appraisers.
Having a solid base of valuation experience in a wide variety of commercial, industrial, office and land assignments allows the firm to focus on highly reliable and credible valuation analyses for the most scrutinizing banking and financial clients, judicial and governmental agencies, corporate and private developers, and real estate investors.
